# Slack

> Receive AI visibility alerts and summaries directly in a Slack channel.

The Slack integration sends notifications to a channel in your Slack workspace, keeping your team informed about AI search visibility changes without leaving Slack.

## What you get

* **Real-time opportunity alerts** — get notified when new AI visibility opportunities are detected
* **Weekly performance summaries** — automated recaps of brand visibility, citations, and share of voice
* **Brand sentiment notifications** — stay informed about sentiment changes in AI responses that mention your brand

## Connect Slack

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to Integrations">
    Open the **Integrations** page from the sidebar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Connect on Slack">
    Find the **Slack** card and click **Connect**. A popup opens to authorize the Superlines Slack app.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a channel">
    Select the Slack workspace and channel where notifications should be posted.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authorize">
    Click **Allow** to complete the connection.
  </Step>

Once connected, the integration card shows the workspace name and channel.

## Disconnecting

Click **Disconnect** on the Slack card in the Integrations page. Notifications will stop immediately.

<Warning>
  Slack is connected at the **organization** level, not per brand. Disconnecting Slack removes it for all brands in the organization.

  You can change the notification channel by disconnecting and reconnecting Slack with a different channel selected.
