## Key Definitions

- **Brand Visibility**: Percentage of AI responses that mention your brand. Formula: (Responses mentioning brand / Total responses) × 100.
- **Share of Voice (SOV)**: Your brand mentions as a percentage of all brand mentions (yours + competitors). Formula: (Your mentions / All brand mentions) × 100.
- **Citation Rate**: Percentage of AI responses that cite (link to) your website. Formula: (Responses citing website / Total responses) × 100.
